Dr. Shannon Tracey Some her fondest memories growing up are from camping trips with her family as they traveled from New York State back to her home province of Saskatchewan to visit family. Over the course of her career as a professor and research scientist in Beef Production, she has had amazing opportunities to travel to every continent except Antarctica. She has also been privileged to participate in volunteer trips with her church to several African countries and to El Salvador. She and her husband, Copeland, make their home in Sherwood Park, AB. They love camping and revel in poking about in the nooks and crannies of small-town Alberta, unearthing the hidden gems that this magnificent province has to offer. They also relish visits with family across Canada and in Jamaica.
